Automatic die graphite spraying system
- Servo spray arm enters the open die every cycle, sprays and retracts clear of the press
- Air blow-off removes scale from the bottom die before graphite is applied
- Separate top-die and bottom-die circuits, each with its own flow and pressure setting
- Air-atomised fan nozzles for an even, repeatable film
- Stirred graphite station keeps graphite in suspension; nozzle-line flushing prevents clogging
- Mobile, height-adjustable base rolls away for die change
