25+ years in leaf spring technology, with hands-on exposure to Japanese, European and Chinese design, process and machinery. Expertise in design and FEA of leaf springs and machines, machine planning, layout and plant establishment, process excellence, raw material development, and custom-built machines for leaf spring, hydraulic and other applications.
