Rolling-cell descaler – 300 bar
300 bar water-jet descaling before parabolic rolling, with intermittent descaling. Hydraulic controls and actuators.

Forging billet descaler
Billets Ø20–80 mm and up to Ø200 / 200 mm square. 17–35 bar water pressure. Stainless-steel body and conveyor; compact and easy to maintain.
Rolling-mill billet descaler
Billets up to 250 × 250 mm, 1–12 m long. Hydraulic controls and actuators.

Clean steel before forming
Scale left on the surface is rolled or forged into the part. A water-jet descaler removes it immediately before forming, without chemicals, and fits into the line ahead of the rolling machine or press.
